Service Description

Melt away tension, ground your mind, and breathe with intention in this group class. Together, we will bring awareness to a variety of sensations within our body and practice breathing into those spaces. This class is slower paced, focused on alignment, and perfect for anyone who feels disconnected within or needs balance in their life. Dedicate a moment of peace for yourself!

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes before class. If you are needing to cancel, please cancel at least 1 hour before class, 24 hours before workshops. Cancellation within the time frame above will receive a refund or class back on their membership. If you cancel in the time frame listed above and did not receive a refund, please contact via email. If you do not cancel in the time frame stated above, do not show, or late to class; class payment is non refundable.
